The Field Service Engineer is responsible for support on specific hardware and software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Solid work history that includes a minimum of 2 years of field experience.
  • Work ethic — this is a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Continual thirst for knowledge — must have experience supporting printers, printer connectivity, Digital Multi Functional Units, and basic software installation.
  • Fast learner — you must be able to quickly learn this technical industry (hardware and software) to effectively support unique solutions that solve customer problems.
